House Rules:
• Arrive without eye makeup.
• Do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment.
• Avoid wearing a tight bun or ponytail during your appointment.
• Do not bring extra guests to your appointment.

 
Late Policy:
• More than 15 minutes late: €15 extra charge.
• More than 20 minutes late: your appointment will be canceled.

 
Not Satisfied?
Not happy with the result? Let us know within 72 hours so we can resolve it.
After 72 hours, we recommend booking a touch-up or refill.

 
Payment Information:
• Payment can be made via payment request or in cash.
• No refunds after the appointment.

 
Cancellation Policy:
• Need to cancel? Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a €25 cancellation fee.
• No-show/no-call: you will be blocked from future bookings.

 
Deposit:
• A 35% deposit is required for every appointment; this deposit is non-refundable.
• If you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. You will need to make a new appointment with a new deposit or pay the full amount at the appointment.
